RCI Jeep & 4x4 is a family owned and operated business that serves the 4x4 community in and around Brevard County. We are known for our knowledge and expertise in the 4x4 field and love serving our community. We are searching for an additional team member to continue to provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers complaints and wishes
• Create profitable Estimates
• Increase sales
• Sell more than the back can handle
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers to encourage repeat business and referral opportunities
• Educate and advise clients with repair expectations. Upsell opportunities observed and acted on
• Control shop flow and schedule techs according to their strengths and weakness.
• Ensure Sales goals are met
• Control Inventory and ordering parts following the correct procedures

Job Type

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Lunch from 1pm-2pm

Pay Range

• 41,600 to 62,400 depending on experience
• Plus, Bonus Plan
