Great experience with RCI Jeep, David gave an honest assessment of the issues with the Jeep I purchased. They took a lot of time explaining options and what needed to be addressed first. I would recommend this business, especially if you have a jeep needing any type of repairs.

Great communications from the start (this was our first time bringing our JGC in to RCI for service). They did some prework to id and confirm what the issue may be (AC blowing hot on passenger side) and took care of the issue with no surprises.

They are a little out of the way for us but well worth the drive to continue coming for great service!

This was my first time using RCI and they were great. Lawrence the mechanic that worked on my Jeep really knows his stuff. He put in a new tow hitch and fixed a poorly installed exhaust. He was honest and treated my Jeep as if it were his own. When he did the fluid check he let me know the power steering fluid was a bit low and filled it up without charging me extra. He also filled my tires with air. I had an oil change, transmission fluid and differential fluid replaced the week before at my local dealership and I never told him. He could have easily tried to take advantage and say I needed that work done but he didn’t. I sometimes withhold information to see if I will be scammed and he passed with flying colors. I would definitely use RCI again. If you have a Jeep and want something done to it take it to there.

I needed someone to install a kit to lower my 2011 GMC SIERRA And to replace the original tired underpowered engine.

RCI JEEP Listened And said yes, they can do it. They never hesitated and quickly my old truck took on the appearance that I wanted, a four inch and six inch lowering, twenty two inch Snowflake rims plus huge tires.

I forgot to comment before on my service done here, I wanted to thank the team at RCI for the work done in painting my jeep. I would say the team at RCI were very nice during the conversations and setting up the paint job. I will say the company they used did not represent a good image of there company which is a shame. But non the less I would definitely come back if anything happened with me Jeep here. Knock on wood it doesn’t but at least I know I will get good work here.

I always recommend them, Chris (owner) knows what's up and goes above and beyond to make sure you are educated with the work that needs to be done and that you are good to go. RCI is the place to go for Jeep mods. The work was top notch, and the customer service was even better. RaeAnn patiently helped me pick all my mods, and I had a lot. I think it took us an hour. My first experience with RCI Jeeps, and it was great! The staff was very nice, explained everything in detail. There were no surprise costs and they were very affordable. I will be using them from now on to service and work on my jeep! Very happy! They have earners a repeat customer!

Another garage diagnosis for my jeep was it needed a complete instrument wiring cluster to get the dash instruments operational. RCI diagnosed and found a simple fuse was the issue. For 1 tenth of the cost my ole girl is back on the road and will, from now on, go to RCI for anything she will ever need.

Met the RCI Jeep & 4X4 crew at Jeep Beach. They spent quality time talking to me about all sorts of accessories and parts for my Jeep Gladiator. Everyone I talked with was attentive, customer oriented, and really invested in exceeding my expectations as a customer.

I ended up purchasing a set of tube doors and mirrors for my Gladiator based on their recommendations and my requirements for tube doors. I got the doors home, inventoried the parts, and ended up with 3 front driver hinges and only one passenger. Bummer considering the weather outside was gorgeous!

I reached out to the manufacturer and they directed me to the seller for help. Reaching out to RCI via their website was simple and I received a lightning fast response from Raeann. Raeann coordinated getting the replacement parts to me the very next day! Through no fault of their own, RCI was presented with a parts issue and they resolved it fully within record speed with the utmost professionalism! I am so glad I met the crew and found a knowledgeable, customer oriented shop to purchase parts from.

Absolutely amazing group of people David and the ladies in the office kept me informed step by step and found the issues and what needed to be done to correct them and got it done. Absolutely outstanding place of business 10 out of 10 and mechanics diagnosed and let me know what needed to be done in a timely manner and we got it sorted without breaking the bank. Would 100% recommend and will return with any future issues.

At first I didnt think the hour and a half drive would be worth it. But now I am a customer for life. we dont have many good or friendly mechanics where we are, so when I talked on the phone to David it was like speaking to an old buddy. These guys will help you like a brother and will give you access to every action every step of the way. They'll explain everything in detail before you do it and wont charge you a dime for nothing without your say so. Friendliest and most helpful mechanics I've every had the pleasure of working with.

Fantastic place to get work done. Reasonable rates. Time lines are a bit sketchy as supplies are still not back to where they once were. But the shop keeps a good amount of supplies of common items.

Excellent service. Got me in a couple of days after I requested service. Changed my oil cooler in about 4 hours. Provided me a ride home & back before & after service. Even had me come back so they could make sure there was no problem with the installation.

I'm fairly new to FL and was looking for a local go-to 4x4 shop I can trust and feel I'm getting the best service/price. I found RCI Jeep 4x4 online and gave them call. RaeAnn was super helpful, answered all my questions and provided me plenty quotes, since I wasn't sure what route I wanted to go. I ended up going with a Bilstein 5100 leveling kit and Faulken WildPeak tires for my 2019 Ford F-150. The install went smoothly and my truck looks great. I'm very happy with the shop, I will be back!

It's hard to find a place that does suspension work, and modifying Toyotas. Mine turned out great. BDS Suspension, with fox coilovers and Shocks, JBA upper control arms, one piece driveshaft, Deaver 5" rear leaf springs, 529 gears. Runs, and drives perfectly!!!! Highly recommended!!

I can’t begin to thank everyone over at RCI JEEP enough... not only did I mess up my soft top zipper needing a new top (and asking for one I wanted not something off dusted off the back shelf) they ordered delivered and installed in less than 24 hours so we could make our long road trip... then as luck would have it as I pulled away my ac went on the fritz just as we were having to go on a 4 hour road trip in the summer sun! RCI staff had me make a u turn and bring it right back and fixed it on the spot so we could hit the road and make it to our destination in time and nice and cool. I would highly recommend this shop. They were knowledgeable efficient and every staff member was pleasant and went above and beyond! Thank you everyone at the RCI JEEP!

Replaced Front Bumper & Added Winch:

Stumbled across this shop while looking for a place to replace factory plastic bumper on 2021 Jeep Gladiator JT. Wasn’t keen on idea of taking to a traditional car garage due to the fact that while possibly savy in the ways of 4x4, not exactly their specialty and the Jeep dealer was out due to the ‘gouge factor’ with them etc. Hello RCI!

In all, replaced factory plastic bumper with Rugged Ridge Stubby steel bumper and Stryker bar. Also added a Quadratec Stealth winch to the mix. I was going to order the parts myself (all distributed by Quadratec) but was informed that labor would be cheaper if RCI ordered on my behalf and more expensive if I ordered and brought the parts in. Still don’t quite understand that but worked out and I didn’t have to worry about tracking and checking for damage etc, and was still same price. Also, they hold off on scheduling your install appointment until last part has arrived…makes sense.

Installation was yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! New stubby bumper/stryker bar and winch look fantastic together!! I’ll be testing the winch today with owner’s manual but everything looks golden.

Overall, very happy with RCI and they are now at the top of my list for future upgrades - which for the Gladiator - seem endless!! Their labor rates, pricing and organization as well as customer care is top notch! Don’t take a chance on main stream garage goobers in the hope that they know what they’re doing, take your Jeep to the pros at RCI Jeep 4x4. You won’t be sorry.

RCI Jeep and 4x4 should be your first and last stop when shopping for a HIGH quality specialty shop. I went there today and they were meticulous and outstandingly decent and friendly. Met both the owners, got my issue fixed on my lifted '16 JK and they wouldn't take a dime from me because, they said, they didnt do major work. I'd been chasing a noise since November. They found it and fixed it easily. I cannot express how truly impressed and grateful I am to have found this place. I'll never go to anyone else again. Ever.

RCI helped me with the purchase of running board steps for my Wrangler, installation, tire rotation, and alignment, along with other minor maintenance work. As a new Jeep owner, I really appreciate their assistance and patience; and they kept me informed during the whole process. When I picked up SeaWolf, she was clean inside-I couldn’t even tell anyone had been in my Jeep (we have horror stories from other locations).

As someone else stated, the dealership refused to honor my warranty. They blamed my tire size for the "known" Jeep leaking axle seal. LOL I met the RCI owners via a local Jeep Club. They hooked me right up with new seals at a reasonable price.

Had RCI install stage 3 Kings suspension on my 3rd gen Tacoma. They communicated with me during the process and I was stoked when I picked it up. Rides smooth and they said to come back in 500 miles so they can check it and they will make any adjustments I may want. I’ll be scheduling them to do the cab mount chop soon! Thanks RCI

David and his crew were amazing! I called for tow package prices for my jeep for towing behind my motorhome and installing a new grill on my jeep. David was $1500 Less expensive than the lowest price I found.

I wanted a tow package and breaking system that were as simple as possible with the least amount of work for me to do every time I tow my Jeep. David spent an enormous amount of his time researching and finding exactly what would work the best for me. He sent me screenshots of the parts so that I could choose between all the options. He did the homework for me that I should've done for myself!

David was very accommodating to my needs and listened and really paid attention to what I wanted. He provided extraordinary customer service!

Oh, and I'm not done yet! When I came to pick up my Jeep, he had his crew stay after hours on standby in case we had any questions with the tow package or braking system. The guys in the shop seem to all like each other, like their jobs and have a good relationship with David. That in itself says a lot about David and the RCI shop.

Very happy customer! RCI went above and beyond with installing my lift and putting on my new wheels for a good price (worth every penny!) on my Toyota Tacoma.
